Allie had her six month well child visit at the doctor today. She is a healthy baby. She had to get 3 shots...ouch, but she was a brave girl. Here are her six month stats...
Weight...16 pounds 4 ounces...67th percentile
Height...26 1/4 inches...75th percentile
Head Circumference...16 1/2 inches...38th percentile
It is so hard to believe my baby girl is six months old. When I was pregnant everyone told me to treasure every moment because babies grow up so fast. What a true statement. Allie's birth seems like only days ago. I've done well with all of her monthly birthdays so far, but six months...that's a tough one. I can't imagine how I will feel when she turns 1, goes to kindergarten and graduates from high school. I can't even let myself think about those things yet. But, for now I'm enjoying every bit of my sweet angel's little life. She truly is a blessing from above.
