I can't believe Allie is 16 months old! Time flies when you're having fun. Allie experienced her first real illness this month...a sinus infection that required antibiotics. Her mommy and daddy have been sick too and we hope it leaves our house very soon!
Allie is talking more and more every day. I am amazed every day to hear the new words she picks up on. Her most recent words are "Thank you," "Daisy," "Bobo" (Blankie), "nose," "eyes," "I see...," "night night," "shoes" (lately she thinks she needs to try on every pair of shoes she owns and she is very good at putting Mommy and Daddy's shoes away in the closet) and occasionally she says her name if she sees a picture of herself.
Lately she has been insisting on wearing certain articles of clothing that obviously don't go together, but I let her wear them anyway.

Allie didn't want to change out of her pajamas so she decided to wear them over her clothes with a stocking cap of course.

Pretending to take a drink

"You mean I can't wear my pajamas over my clothes out of the house. C'mon Mom."

Riding her zebra while Mommy and Daddy watch the K-State/KU game. We were so close.

Having fun on the zebra.

Putting her baby in the stroller

Hugs for Baby

This is not lady like, but still cute.

This is better.

Listening to Daddy's headphones

She wears stocking caps a lot. If it doesn't get put away and it's laying out she will put it on.

She thought she should wear her coat and stocking cap around the house.
There is nothing wrong with Allie wearing her pjs over her clothes outside of the house. She would be a trend setter! :)
